About

EVGENIA STROGANOVA
Evgenia Stroganova is a lifelong learner with a passion for creativity, self-development, and meaningful reflection. With Russian and Ukrainian roots, she studied in China, earned a Master of Arts in Asian Studies, and later made Canada her home, where she now lives with her growing family. She speaks four languages, holds a diploma in video game design and animation, and is always exploring new interests.
Writing has been part of Evgenia’s life since childhood. She started with fairy tales for her younger brother and gradually moved on to poetry and translations of modern Chinese literature. Over time, her writing became a space for self-reflection and sharing insights drawn from everyday life. Her book, High on Life, Not on Stuff, began with a simple yet overwhelming moment—packing up a cluttered apartment and realizing just how much unnecessary stuff she had accumulated. That experience sparked a journey of self-awareness, humor, and growth. The book is her way of helping others step back from mindless consumption and reconnect with what truly brings joy and meaning.
Through her words, Evgenia hopes to inspire readers to live more intentionally, with less clutter, more clarity, and a better relationship with themselves.
